This complex is located in a great place. The management and maintenance are very responsive and friendly. If you are looking for a good place to lay your head for awhile this it's the place!
I moved here on January,2013. They have been changes in staff and the people living here, for good. The new staff is very helpful specially Anna. Don't blame the staff if the residents don't clean after their pets or control their kids. If you see somebody using drugs call the police. If you see prostitutes call the police. WE the residents have responsibility in our complex. Good luck for all. Leaving soon for personal reasons. Was fun living here. Perfect location if you work north or south, all kind of stores handy.
Since day one i love these apts the staff was and is very helpful anything goes wrong they are on it they have plenty of visitors parking its quiet bcuz i cherish my sleeping time i love the on site laundry rooms and its close to the mall the hospital your local Wal-Mart & Sam's is next door with nice fast food places you can walk to go eat im in love with the apts wish i could stay forever ��������������
The apartments are overpriced, nobody in the office communicates with residents, I've had constant A/C and water issues, I pay for peat control and he's only sprayed once since I've lived here (6 months). The actual creek is filthy and full of garbage. If you REALLY just need a place to stay then it's ok but otherwise I would waste time or money.
