Do not live here! These apartments are built so poorly that you can hear everything your neighbors say and do. The front doors are also set up to slam shut and this causes the whole building to shake.. and this is on top of the slamming being excessively loud. I’m so much happier now that I’ve moved out.
Oh where do I even start? Mary, you are a gem, we need more angels like you in this world… I’ve never felt so safe and taken care of by strangers. Strangers no more, as this place became a beautiful and welcoming home for me for 2 great years. As a woman who primarily lived on my own, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, if anything I loved being in my apartment! Lived here for a year and had a wonderful experience with the property manager and maintenance crew. As a former active military soldier this was affordable housing for myself, easy commute to work, and I recommend this property whole heartedly.
Mary is amazing!! She made the entire process of getting a place so easy! Especially with this being my husbands and I’s first place across the country. If you’re military I highly recommend Tribeca. She worked with us through all the military headaches of being newly married.
Have family that lives here and their apartment is preaty darn large and nice
