Terrible company, inconsistent with responding to emails and getting maintenance requests fulfilled. They make excuses for their delays but none of them are valid, it doesn't take months to respond, some people here stopped getting responses months ago to have water damage inside their unit repaired. They want their money asap but slow to put any money into the units. Terrible. They can barely manage their website. The online site rarely works, is a mess to navigate and if you send an email because you arent having any response on the website they don't bother to check emails so it takes months at best to get any communication...and that's only if you email and post online frequently. They also seem unable to understand requests for repair/maintenance (even with photos and documentation), so they misrepresent owners at board meetings. The amount of frustration and disappointment with with this company is an understatement. The continued poor service/neglect, lack of response from this company is atrocious. They neglect safety, bylaw and structural complaints. I've sent several emails, and involved Bylaw with little to no resolution. They continue to let issues go that pose safety and health concerns. Does not respond to emails, never answers the phone . Very hard to get a hold of anyone, they do not care about the property’s they manage. In regards to their response they cant identify me as one of the residents that live at one of the buildings they manage just shows how un organized this company is . Writing a vendor who provided services to them. They hire your services, use them without any issues and then make you chase them for payment for months. I am waiting since July 2024. Pathetic
