stop stealing from the public ....... I intended to order some western wear not after this
I have been waiting for a hat I ordered on 03-17-2017 they took my payment on 03-20-2017 of $176.00 and I have contacted them numerous times and was told it was only a few weeks out for it to be shipped so I waited and now the web site is down and the phone has been disconnected so I searched and found this about this business so if you have ordered something from them you need to look at people claim dot com
I ordered a hat over 2 weeks ago and still nothing, I tried calling their phone and it's disconnected, ready to take legal action on this matter. Don't buy anything from here this place is a fraud.
I have order a hat from this company over 3month ago and still have not gotten my hat. I have called the company that makes the hat and they have told me that if I custom order the hat it would take them 2-3weeks to make the hat and ship to this store. With that being said I'm going to be suing this company for fails advertisement, theft, and frodd. This company will not answer my phone calls or emails so it is now time for me to take legal action on them. And try to get my money back and other money back.
Terrible company. No communication. I paid for my order over a month ago and no one has been in contact despite several emails. Still no sign of my order.
Ordered 4 pair German silver oval conchos boot strap bracelets, and1 leather hat band with German silver oval conchos. The hat band and 1 pair of boot straps arrived. It has been 1 month today the 3 April and have not received the 3 pending boot strsps. No response to emails in regards to status and the phone number is no good. It is impossible to contact or communicate with them.
I purchased both the "Western Style .45 Revolver" and the Wyatt Earp 12" Buntline Revolver. My next purchase will be a Black dust coat. All products are worth the cost.
