HORRIBLE. Do not move to Melrose Apartments. This management company is the WORST company of them all!!! I’ll be pretty vague with this review, but to put it simply- there’s an infestation of roaches. Once I reached out asking for them to take care of the problem, they said “what do you want us to do about it?” Not to mention, the mold that is EVERYWHERE. I live at the Station apartments. Things do not get fixed in a timely manner. I've been using the bathroom in the vacant apartment next to me for a month, yes, a whole month(until now) because they still did not fix my shower. My ceiling has had mold from water that has not been completly fixed for 3 years, they mostly do temporary patch ups or coat it with paint, and the mold comes back over and over again. I lived at Victoria station apartments in Victoria Tx. I started in a one bedroom and then transferred into a 2 bedroom afterwards. I have been waiting over a YEAR for my deposit refund from my one bedroom of $438.63. I have endless text messages/emails of me contacting the office about it and they could never give me an answer. I even sent them a long email letting them know that I still had not received my refund and what my NEW forwarding address would be. You were the management team here at the Waters apts located in corpus Christi. It was the worst most horrible experience. I had to endure from your company for 3 years. Sewer running down to Waldron road to Glen oak road AC.s is not working. Hot water heaters not working. This went on for months people were without. I've met without a refrigerator for a year. Couldn't even find people to pay rent too! He also managed the pointe apartments. Country estate apartments also and ran them into the ground.

I applied to this property, from my understanding you pay to apply and the file is sent to corporate for be reviewed & approved. Omg. If u are the type of person that you expect a call back & u not have to keep calling then RUN. Communication is so terrible with management. Several properties I visited they are under staffed.
