While the rooms themselves are solid - this place has stuff wrong all the time. Garages, break ins, homeless ppl, constant elevator issues. Package room is a nightmare. It’s fine and great location but just know what it comes with. Definitely have lived in better complexes. Plan on taking the stairs!
The elevators are constantly malfunctioning and the fixes last for maybe a month before you have to take the stairs again. Downgrading my stars given the recent triple elevator outage and management’s refusal to communicate ro residents that fixing the elevators is a major rebuild project with no timeline. I had to walk down five flights of stairs with an injured ankle last week and Cruz, the new manager, was like… life is hard sometimes.
Great community and events. However, elevators are constantly broken and at least one of the stair cases has a fire hazard due to its mag lock/exit system. Wouldn’t have noticed that if the elevators were working!

This place is evil. They do not care about their residents at all. They are charging $200-300 less per month for new residents than they are for people who stay with them. They might give you a decent deal at first, but it is really just a scam to get you into the apartment. Without fail, they will raise your rent and offer other people way less than you.
