Reagan was quite literally the most helpful apartment leasing professional I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond what was required to help us out. We love the apartment but the service and assistance takes this place to the next level.
Extremely disappointed. My son moved in January 2026. His vehicle was vandalized twice as well as multiple cars in March and now April 2026. The security gate was broken for months prior to first event . Now again (last night) his vehicle was vandalized and property stolen. The parking garage is covered and gated..to be clear. We chose this property based on security measures seemingly in place, paid for entry FOBS and Of course the property protection plan they require does not cover any damages and nor does the property it... read more

I have lived at St. James for two years and there is no way I could have renewed my lease again for a third. Consistently, things are falling apart here. From the stairwell doors in P2 that are always broken and don’t require a fob allowing uncontrolled access into the building, to the consistently broken elevators, and the lovely smell of sewage in the garage that really sets the vibe of the place.
