RecommendedI love the staff; Amanda, Jasmine, and Chris! It helps that the place is beautiful but they have just truly been so good to us and I would definitely recommend if you want a staff who is attentive and friendly.
when a friend with children cannot get thier AC fixed adequately after multiple calls in the middle of summer, I will be speaking out against management of this apartment complex! this is unacceptable!
They don't fix needed repairs such as AC in their apartments, one specifically which is a home full of children. I have friends who currently live there and have been without AC for 2 weeks during the heat of the summer. That is unacceptable and illegal behavior from this complex. I will be contacting the Topeka Housing Authority as well as HCCI to escalate this issue since this company has no regard for the law, their tenants, or human decency.
Seriously thinking about moving here soon. Love the pond.
Awesome Office staff. Renting process was easy, they were so kind and helpful. We didn't know really what we were looking for and they found us an AMAZING 3 bed 2 bath apartment! The community is great too! Our neighbors were kind, the property is quiet and clean. Great location and easy to get to anywhere in Topeka! We highly recommend! We had to move out of state for a job and they were so nice with the transition process as well! This is THE BEST HIDDEN SECRET of Topeka!
Hi crime, car was broken into several times as was others. motorcycle was vandalized (tried to steal it)....just the worst experience. being new to apartments I put in a new ceiling fan, dishwasher, CFI plugs and they still kept most of my deposit and never offered or acknowledged all I had added. they hired some cheap roofing company who screwed the roof up and it leaked in my second bedroom and ruined my expensive mattress.....then they raised my rent. will never ever use my own money to replace anything in an apartment ag... read more
Every season they have a "special," let me guess...one month free if you sign a year lease. They will then write a 13 month lease because you WILL pay for a year regardless. They fail to fix real issues like faulty heat/ac systems. Mold from leaks is covered and it comes back. Instead they have maintenance running around making the place superficially pretty to distract you from what really matters.
