I can’t say enough nice things. A pleasure from start to finish. Check in was easy peace. The tech Brianna was so nice and extremely knowledgeable! The OD Dr Rodgers besides being very knowledgeable was very nice. The person that helped me with my glasses and what was covered again knowledgeable and patient. It was a great experience and I totally recommend them.
We discovered our son had issues with his visual information processing skills when our general eye doctor recommended him for further evaluation with a binocular specialist. He was 6 at the time. They referred us to Triangle Visions Optometry where he was diagnosed with several conditions. We began vision therapy right away. I purchased new eye glasses at Triangle Optometry in Chapel Hill this fall. It took a few iterations to get the right prescription in the lenses. The manager, Chaie and her team were always patient, capable, and understanding until they figured out the solution. The current eyeglasses are excellent. They used a new AI program to order the lenses. I couldn't be more pleased with their process and the results.
