Unprofessional, unorganized, and incompetent If there’s a worse Optometry office, I’d love to see it
Very rude receptionist!
As others have posted, the front desk staff are extremely rude and pushy. I was scheduled for an eye exam but not advised this would be a virtual appointment which I didn’t find out until I checked in for my appointment. There are extra charges involved with this being virtual. I have excellent vision insurance which covers all my exam charges except the extra retinal photo they told me I’d have to pay out of pocket due to it being virtual as the provider is not in the office.
