Very disappointing. We were charged over $300 for a pair of glasses for my son. They put the wrong lens on it. They didn’t bother to check when we picked it up. We waited two weeks to get his glasses and then to find out they somehow put the wrong lenses on it. My son had wore it for over a week trusting that it’s a good pair of glasses. We only went back because he couldn’t see well. How can you put the wrong lenses on it??? Horrible quality.
Unprofessional, unorganized, and incompetent If there’s a worse Optometry office, I’d love to see it
