My favorite doctor's office to visit! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great service including help picking out frames.

Fantastic staff and easy to get in to the practice and out. Check in was a breeze with friendly staff and I am a tech geek so I love all of the measuring and imaging gear they use. The doctors are great. Everyone explains things to my level (some medical knowledge) and the doctor takes plenty of time to review the images with you. Experience was great. Got me in for an exam within 24 hours. The tests were quick and worry-free, including the new digital retina imaging system I opted to pay $39 for (to keep from being dilated). TVO of Apex worked as a team to get my new lenses ordered (even having to make multiple phone calls to the vendor in order to get the correct lens shape so I didn't have to turn over my current frames to them for 2 weeks). Totally happy with the visit!
Such an amazing group of people. Both of my kids are getting vision therapy @ Triangle Visions. They are so amazing in the way they work with the kids, and the results we see. My son just graduated early from the program, and of all things, was really upset he wasn't going to go anymore! What a great testament to the staff both in the way they make patients feel, and the kind of loyalty they can inspire in an 8 year old! In the words of my son, Ms. Kim is the best!

I have been coming to this practice for about 2 1/2 years now. They are always friendly andwilling to help with your eye care needs with a smile. Highly recommend this office if you are looking. I don't normally buy my frames from the optometrist's office but they have a great selection and if they don't have exactly what you are looking for they will help you find them. This year I got everything done in a one stop shop, eye exam and two new pair of glasses.
What a great first experience. The staff was professional, friendly, treated me as if they'd known me all their life even though this was my first visit. My eye doctor Lauren Williams was bright, energetic and had such an optimistic personality that she just lighted up the room. There were a lot of choices for glasses/sun glasses and I was able to find the perfect pair with Deneen who was also fantastic. Great first visit, great impression and I would highly recommend.
I have said it before, this medical office is the best "office" i visit on a regular basis. The care is top notch, they respect my time and they are just down right fun! I live in Fayetteville, so most of my medical visits are there. But I've had surgery in Fayetteville and Raleigh and this office is the best. Everyone is friendly, they treat you like family and it is just a pleasure to visit. The one thing I would suggest is to carry more frame options especially for men.
