I like the doctor's office and staff. However, I have been waiting for my glasses for over two weeks and they still have not come in. I have not really received a reason other than "they should be here". My children ordered glasses the same day that I have and got theirs TWO days ago but mine still haven't come in yet. Somehow, I'm going to have to figure out a way to call again, tomorrow before 1pm, to see where my glasses are. I was extremely happy with my experience ordering new glasses. I worked with Sharon (I believe that was her name). She was very patient and walked me through all the options that were available to me. She spent a lot of time with me and even set up the "adjustable glasses" to allow me to see what the distance setting in my new prescription would look like. After much discussion, she suggested an option I had not considered but liked very much, and we went with that. Excellent customer service! I appreciated it tremendously!
My first eye exam for a long long time, probably 30 years. Very efficient, very thorough and friendly. I could not have been happier with the service. Just waiting for my first pair of reading glasses to be made. Very excited.
