Someone had messed up, and didn't change the date/time of my appointment correctly. When I got there, they didn't have me on the schedule (even though I had called, and made the appointment). They still fit me in so that I didn't have to come back a different day. They are always friendly and helpful.
The staff at the Creedmoor office in Raleigh is always so friendly and helpful, especially when it comes time to pick out frames. Their staff is very knowledgeable and honest. I've loved seeing Dr. Miller for several years now. She's always very thorough and makes visiting the eye doctor fun! I love the new piece of equipment they have that eliminates having to dilate my eyes. It's $29 well spent!
I love Triangle Visions! They provide outstanding service and care. The doctors really take the time to get to know you, and thoroughly address all of your concerns. The location in Durham has a excellent selection of frames, and they don't have anything you like they will order what you do like if they can find it. My new doctor is Dr. Lyerly and she is amazing.... (all of the Doctors are great). I would recommend them to anyone! The Eye Doctor was awesome and very friendly and helpful. No idea what happened but two nurses (attendants, whatever) had some sort of spat in front of me over who did what and when regarding some of the pre-testing stuff. Of the two receptionists, one was very helpful and the other was very dismissive of my insurance's coverage. I had to go to my insurance website and confirm my vision coverage myself. No big deal on either part though...nurses have bad days too and receptionists make mistakes. Was still worth the visit for... read more
