I was a little nervous handing my pup over to people I didn’t know. Jax was at ease from the beginning. Very thorough and spent time to check him out. The vet was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions of what we could do. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the vet who made me feel comfortable. We will be back. I am so disappointed with this vets staff. ZERO compassion. My primary vet made a referral here for my Mega-E foster pup and accidentally made the referral for surgery not internal medicine. The staff made the apt with surgery, never reviewed the records before making the apt and then canceled the apt an hour before because they finally reviewed the records and we had the apt with the wrong department. I am so thankful to Dr Mike Grafinger! He took the absolute best care of my lab Sophie!!! She needed a cruciate ligament repair and he decided to do a TPLO. He called me with updates on Sophie throughout the day which I really appreciated. He is an awesome doctor. Sophie had the surgery yesterday and she is already putting pressure on that leg when she walks to go to the bathroom. He really went above and beyond for her and can’t thank him enough! Our 8 year old pup ate a piece of his bed. we were lucky to get him there within the first couple of hours. thankful for the awesome staff here that were able to help my boy quickly and gave him love while taking care of other even worse emergencies. thank you! my baby is all good now and safe! the prices are also very reasonable!
