I felt like I walked into a prison. Not friendly. Dark atmosphere. Security guard acts like as she hates her job. The registration team had no customer service, quality, skills and were unprofessional. There was no privacy. The HIPPA law was broken with yh seven check-ins that I witnessed. With addresses. Phone numbers and names being openly disclosed in a loud manner. I thought to myself. is this the place men come for their prostate for diagnosis, treatment and healing? The employees are very helpful and friendly to your medical needs.
My 3 stars reflect the practice only. However, I would give Goutham Vemana, MD AND his nurse, Mary Jo, 200,000 stars! They are the greatest people since sunshine. They are BOTH kind, patience, understanding and TRUELY helpful. I am convinced that I would have literally lost what was left of my mind, if I had not had the two of them helping my husband and me.
