My 3 stars reflect the practice only. However, I would give Goutham Vemana, MD AND his nurse, Mary Jo, 200,000 stars! They are the greatest people since sunshine. All the staff was professional, prompt and nice. Kinda scary, the whole situation and the news I received but the doctors and nurses were all great. I appreciate you all.
I had a procedure done which went well but the day after, paperwork was sent from my employers short term disability company so I could get paid for my time off. This document is extremely time sensitive. Now given this is the week before Christmas. So my doctors nurse is on vacation until the day after Christmas which is when the forms are due.
