Best Auto Company In Houston – I love this auto shop! The service is amazing and they take care of their customers. The Last Place to Goto On 1/9/2012 i went in and had 2 tires put on the front of my truck and then went home 26 miles away and had to go to the store and got in the truck , but i had a flat on the right side so i looked at the tire and to my amaze it had a broken belt around the rim and the guy at big pine said and showed me the bead part of the tire and it had been broke for some time and thier was no way they did not know it was that way, just woundering if it would of come off while i was driving i would or could be dead
Not worth the effort WORST THRIFT STORE EVER!!!!!! Workers are always rude and the manager is a moron. I went to purchase some Ball jars and was told there weren't any. Sorry. Knowing that they did have some, I sent my mother in to ask. "Oh sure, we have tons in the back. Just come back here and pick out the ones you want." WHAT??? I just asked the same question!!!! Horrible Worst Service - Rude, Hostile & Incompetent – I worked for the auto industry for years as a copywriter --I was the anonymous voice behind much of the merchandising and collateral materials produced for AMC/JEEP/RENAULT/CHRYSLER/PLYMOUTH back in the 1980's and helped them to establish one of the largest and most successful dealer/service associations in the world. Fixed My Check Engine Light – After reading how this shop was approved by Bill Gephardt, I took my car in to them. My check engine light problem had not been fixed at other shops (even the dealer), and it had become very frustrating. I was skeptical that they could fix the problem. But, much to my surprise (and pleasure), the light and the stalling was fixed. I waited a month before writing this, to make sure there were no issues. My car runs great now. These guys are very good, just like Gephardt says.
Excellent Technicians To Service My Isuzu – Because my Isuzu Rodeo is different, I have had some difficulty getting service and auto repairs done correctly. I was so happy to talk with one of your technicians. He knew how, among other things, how to check the transmission oil, and also knew what temperature it needed to be. That doesn't always happen. Thank you again for your help today.
excellent service!! – Excellent service! Got me in and out in 15 minutes both times I was there. One time for flat tire and second time for bulb fused out!! 100% satisfied customer! Never going back to the dealership!
Consistently good service – I was a little skeptical of a goodyear store for service, but over the last couple years I've found this to be the best service place I've used. The first time I went I needed a tire with a nail in it repaired, and was astounded to find out they do it for free. I've since used them for oil changes, batteries, brakes (they use OEM pads) and new tires. They've been great in each case. Fast, friendly and totally reliable service.
