This Management property real shady. Do NOT TRUST. They DONT communicate, they’ll tell you one thing and then switch it up once you’re all signed. They don’t do nothing but lie and pass blame off to someone else, every time you try to get in contact with someone they never answer or they’ll answer and then redirect you to someone else who doesn’t help. All in all, do not work with, will not EVER work with again.
I’ve rented from my landlord for the past five years, and it’s been an excellent experience. They’ve always been quick to respond to any maintenance requests, keep the property clean and well taken care of, and are very understanding and respectful. Communication has always been clear and professional, and I’ve always felt comfortable and valued as a tenant. Nothing but good things to say about Triangle Mgmt. They have been helpful through the whole process of moving. A++++++
The property is now renting for DOUBLE the amount that I was paying and many of the renovations are surface the underlying conditions like the foundation,haven't been updated. Basement floods a lot and the parking pad is unusable the foundation is falling apart that causes cracked walls and a constant leaking in ceiling when it rains. For the amount of money they want to rent property now is not equivalent to the bad conditions of apartments. NEW RENTERS BE CAUTIOUS. You're in for some major problems
Please do not rent from these people they are rude, shady & money hungry. First of all I was living in my first apartment for 2 years and never had any issues with the previous owners, they were very understanding & everything got done when needed. When these people took over it went downhill from there. I told Mr. Daniel about my rent being a couple of days late on July 4th 2024 and he acted as if that was OK & still had the nerve to send me to rent court😂😂😂 I talked to a Lawyer as well.
