The property is now renting for DOUBLE the amount that I was paying and many of the renovations are surface the underlying conditions like the foundation,haven't been updated. Basement floods a lot and the parking pad is unusable the foundation is falling apart that causes cracked walls and a constant leaking in ceiling when it rains. For the amount of money they want to rent property now is not equivalent to the bad conditions of apartments. NEW RENTERS BE CAUTIOUS. You're in for some major problems
Please do not rent from these people they are rude, shady & money hungry. First of all I was living in my first apartment for 2 years and never had any issues with the previous owners, they were very understanding & everything got done when needed. When these people took over it went downhill from there. I told Mr. Daniel about my rent being a couple of days late on July 4th 2024 and he acted as if that was OK & still had the nerve to send me to rent court😂😂😂 I talked to a Lawyer as well. DO NOT RENT FROM TRIANGLE, SHADY AND DECEPTIVE LANDLORDS! I would give zero stars if possible. This management company bought my apt at the beginning of the year and has been shady, non-communicative from the beginning. They told us they would honor our leases and later offered me a 1k bonus if I was willing to leave early which I did, weeks after move-out I have yet to receive payment and am getting the run around from the Property Manager, Daniel Fiakloff, who also refuses to put me in contact with a supervisor.
