Thankfully I haven't needed a plumber very much, but if I ever need one again I'm calling Triangle Plumbing. I had some blockage issues which turned out to be from roots in a pipe. I was looking for a plumber who did video inspections and after seeing two other glowing reviews on here went with these guys.
For the first visit, Troy was great. He was scheduled for noon, but called and said he could be there early. He explained what he was doing and if he needed to do anything extra like remove the toilet to get to the pipe, he double checked the price with the office before he anything. In just over an hour he had cleared out the clog and located the root cause of it. He gave me quote for fixing that and told me what I would need to do from there. I have used a few other plumbing companies here in the Triangle area of NC and luckily came across Triangle plumbing and have been very impressed and completely pleased and satisfied with their quality of workmanship and strive to accommodate the customer. I especially want to put out a 5 star/thumbs up for Jamie the receptionist/office manager/miracle maker who is the best I've ever encountered and Triangle should know how valuable she is to that company!!
My water heater sprung a major leak last night and flooded the side room that it's in. I put in an emergency claim with my Home Warranty Company and this morning a technician showed up at 9:00 am. He looked at every possible problem and fixed what needed to be fixed by 11:00. My hot water is back and running. Kai Long was very courteous and knowledgeable. Called around to different plumbing company's in the Raleigh area to get a price on replacement of a damaged water line to my home. Triangle Plumbing came in around half of the price the other quotes i got. The also fixed my running toilet for nothing while they where here. The guys where great.
