WARNING ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They broke my light fixture and refused to fix it. Unbelievably poor customer service. To break something and say sorry we just can't fix it as we are not allowed to carry ladders is rediculous. Pay for a maintenance person to come ! I will be posting everywhere I can on the the Internet to warn people about this company.
Based on my recent service experience in October 2012, I would say if you want professionalism, technical expertise, and courtesy, call these guys.
!!!! Please read this before you decide to sign the contract. I talked to Mike, he promised a great service but they do a really lousy job. They did 2 pest control treatments but the insects are still a problem at my house, I still have ants and spiders. I have attempted to cancel the contract due to their poor performance but they want me to pay a cancellation fee. If the company can't do what was promised, why should I pay a cancellation fee? Fast Termite Inspection – Used Triangle Pest Control for Termite Inspection on home purchase, I got extra help when I needed a super quick turnaround. The inspector called me at home to get me the information I needed over the weekend. I appreciated the speed at which Triangle Pest Control was able to help me and the over and above service I got out of the inspector.
Good pest control service – We have used other exterminator services. TPC uses products that work and they have good technicians who know what they are doing. The other companies are not effective at getting rid of insects (ants, spiders & roaches).
No Problems Since I Started Service – I have been using Triangle Pest Control for over two years now. They take care of my Pest Control and they performed a termite treatment on my home as well. While it is difficult to know how well they did their job, I was pleased with their service and I have not seen any insects inside my home since I started with them (which is great!). Their staff is very friendly and I like the fact that they call me before they come out.
Triangle Pest Control did an excellent job with my termite treatment – Triangle Pest Control did a great job with the termite treatment at my house. I got quotes from many local pest control companies (both large and small) and their's was the most comprehensive and was very competitive as well. Tried but Failed – I contacted Triangle Pest Control to perform a home inspection for wood boring insects. They promised a faxed report by end of the day following the inspection. I did not receive the report as expected and had to call and request it. I then called the home owner to let her know I would forward her a copy only to find out she already had a copy. Quick and easy pest removal – Triangle Pest Control is a great pest company. My parents in Cary recommended them. They came out to our place almost immediately and took care of our ant and spider problem. My husband and I were very impressed with the convenience (website) and thoroughness the tech showed as he went around our yard.
