We had problems with several kinds of pests. A previous company used chemicals that left a rather sour smell inside for days, so we switched to Triangle Pest Control due to their use of green and reduced risk products. They've been very prompt and effective, and we feel much better with our two young girls around even immediately after a treatment. Highly recommend.
We decided to go with Triangle Pest Control to support smaller businesses and I'm glad we did. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He also stated that they would come out as many times as needed if we were still having problems. Also I enjoyed the fact that they come on Saturdays as well.
We were advised to go with a local company and it appears that we made the right choice! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personal service. Two thumbs up!

Great company to work with. We were extremely happy with our salesman, Mike, from the very beginning. I like the fact that I see the same technician at every service, and he (Ryan) is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and great with my pets....very important to me! They are responsive to any inquiry or problem, and I highly recommend them.
We just switched to Triangle Pest Control from Precise Pest Control after being frustrated with Precise's detached style of customer service (you can never get through to them on the phone, etc.) and lack of a way to pay on a monthly basis. They offer a high level of e-business that makes appointments and notifications very easy.
