Management is evasive, and unreachable unless it serves their purpose. they have ameniies we pay for that havent been available in over a year, and they have deceptive leasing fees , that are borderline criminal!! I have filed complaint with BBB, and currently trying to contact corporate to complain and ask them to read all the recent google reviews on this property.
My husband and I have been here 2 1/2 years now, first him in a 1 bedroom and then when we got married we switched to a 2 bedroom. I have nothing but good things to say about Triangle Park. The manager, Leigh Ann, is absolutely a gem of a manager. She's made our experience here wonderful! The mantainance staff is incredible, they are so quick to repair things. Not only that, but they work around our sometimes wacky sleep schedule so as to not disturb us. No other complex I've heard of does this! The pool is my favorite place... read more

I stayed here for about 3 years and my stay was an enjoyable one! The staff is very professional and Leigh Ann who manages the apartments is very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment is in a very safe location and very well connected with all the major points in the RTP area. It is one of the best places that I have ever lived in Durham and will surely recommend to anyone looking for a place in RTP! :)

Leigh Ann who manages the office at Triangle Park Apartments has been great! I stayed there for over two years its a great place to live. The only reason I moved was to be close to my family in IL. When I moved and had to break my lease they were very understanding and worked with me to get my apartment rented as soon as possible.
