I won’t sit here and say that the complex is wonderful. It’s not. It’s and older complex and has older complex problems. Most of these are manageable as I have been there 3 years. What I can say is the property manager Tish Barden has been easy for me to work with. She is always short handed, but always has a kind word and time to listen to any issue that have.
