Both the hygienist and the dentist showed a desire to give my son the best possible care and information to meet his needs for healthy gums and teeth.
The front desk was very helpful & informative with the information I needed. My son was a new patient they gave me an appointment right away, addressed my concerns & made me and my child feel comfortable.
GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE. FOR THE FIRST VISIT I FELT LIKE WE WERE APART OF THIS DENTAL FAMILY FOR A LONG TIME
My 4 year old had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Jenny yesterday. From the fish and toys in the waiting room to the kind treatment in the examination room to the toy at the end, my son had a wonderful time. He has asked me about five times since yesterday if he can please go back! :)
Every time we come your staff make us feel at home. The staff is always very friendly. I thank you for taking such good care of Brandon.
Our routine visit happened to occur the day before we were leaving for a month. Unfortunately, Dr. Jenny found a tooth that needed to pulled right away to help another tooth come in. (It couldn't wait a month). Dr. Jenny helped my 5 year old handle the unexpected experience with no fear or tears. Quite the achievement!!
My kids as most kids, are generally not excited to go to the dentist. They are always nervous as they walk in but once they go to the back, the staff does a great job with relieving their stress. The come back out in such a great mood and excited to tell me when they receive a good report. Plaque score is always discussed and I love the incentive they have to encourage daily flossing.
I'm so thankful for how everyone in this office rally's around the kids and parents to ensure a quick, easy, and painless visit. I have recently moved and go out of my way to continue to use Dr. Jenny for both of my boys, one of whom is really anxious about getting in the chair. They seem to work wonders in getting my boys comfortable with the whole process. Thank you to the entire staff.
