I am really pleased by the way we were addressed by the administrative in the front desk. Then my children received an excellent attention by the whole staff, Dr. was friendly and professional. Thank you!
The office is very technologically advanced. They truly cater to the needs of the child. Ms.Pat was very nice and enjoyable. She took the time to explain procedures and rationale behind them. Dr. Jenny was great she multi-tasks amazingly without making the parents feel rushed or we are being cheated out of our time like I have experienced at other offices. This is all from the first visit. My child left untraumatized and excited to tell her classmates about her experience.Thanks Team!
We have been to this practice for several years and always have a wonderful experience. They can handle anything and always try and cater to our kids to make it a great experience for them. This time my daughter, who is 4, said she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!
All the staff at Triangle Kids are so patient and aware of our children's needs. They are so kind and my children genuinely enjoy going to the dentist!
Dr. Jenny and her staff are phenomenal. From my daughters first visit, I knew I had her in the right place. The office is always clean, and the staff are positive and friendly. I am able to go back with her for her appointments, I get clear and understandable explanations about the well-being of my daughter's dental health, and they make her feel extremely comfortable and safe. My newly adopted 23 month-old daughter came to us with badly decayed teeth and we had to fix 9 of them! (She only has a few more than that!). Dr. Jenny is certified for surgery at Duke Children's Hospital so we spent the morning there as they worked on her little teeth under anesthesia. I have been super blessed by the way Dr. Jenny has worked with us to get this surgery done and for the attentive follow-up care and checking in as she is recovering. My son has been going here since he was a toddler. Becky does an excellent job with allowing payment arrangements when needed and that goes a long way. Becky ROOOOOOCKS!!!!!! and so does the Staff!!!!
