I purchased a BMW 330i 2017 from this dealership, and it has been an absolute disaster. Shortly after buying the car, I started experiencing major engine problems. I’ve taken it to 6-7 mechanics, spent over $1,500 on minor repairs trying to fix the issue, and yet every mechanic has told me the same thing: the engine needs to be replaced. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Triangle Motorsports, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt comfortable with my purchase. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with a variety of options to suit different needs and budgets. The owner said he will call the warrant company and will try to help me . I am ok to pay the $500-$600 tearing down money to see the result and hopefully the avantgarde (something like that) warranty company covers the rest. I am putting the review stars to level 2, and will make it 5 after the car is fixed.. My son bought a BMW for more than $13K with warranty from this place about 3 months ago. The car started have engine problems in one week. The owner tried to help us get the car fixed with the warranty from a local repair shop. It didn’t work. Now the car is at BMW service and they have to tear down the engine, possibly at our cost. My son doesn’t have a car now, we are still paying for this car, the insurance and the taxes (registration).
