RecommendedAwesome and attentive shop! I was so impressed with honesty and determination to correctly diagnose and correct the actual issue. I was told by another place that I needed a new Steering Angle Sensor ($600+ for a BMW). My car only has 78k miles. Instead of replacing, These guys looked closer and determined the real issue and I didn't have to replace that part and saving more than 1/2 the money I thought I was going to spend. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to. Was recommended by my boyfriend’s co worker who also drives an Audi and the effort, care and work done by them was genuine. Ken would tell me exactly what was wrong, nothing else. Will definitely be coming here for as long as possible with my car now and any car in the future. Love them!
I have known Ken for over 20 yrs. He just finished working on my 01 Honda Prelude [timing belt,valve job] and some other items I had mentioned that he took care of. Top notch mechanics [Ken and Josh] with superior knowledge and vast experience bring customers from all over the county. 👍🙂

Fantastic team at Triangle Import Repair!! About three weeks ago, my 235K mile TDI started losing power as my wife made her way back into Bremerton. We dropped it off after hours so they could take a look. Ken called me the next morning to let me know that Josh had it in the bay first thing diagnosing the problem. After asking for, reviewing & researching the recommendations on Facebook, my boyfriend & I decided to bring our car in for diagnostics with Triangle to see what error codes our car was throwing around & storing. Terra was super nice, personable & conversative at the front desk when I arrived. Ken let me know what the issues were and how the diagnostics looked.
