Had a just average experience with them. They have a central person who does job evaluations and so that caused confusion and frustration because of misquoted items. For instance, we had a siding and trim repair job near our garage and the person mentioned a chimney even though we never quoted chimney siding repair. The person said "they couldn't see" what we were talking about and so couldn't help and instead of reasonably asking for pictures, just said they couldn't see the issue. I had a consult scheduled with this company for a kitchen remodel. They called several times a day to “confirm.” Most of the time they just hung up as soon as I answered and other times it was obviously an AI voice which kept repeating the same lines over and over again. I think it’s a scam.
My wife and I have used Triangle for an about a decade and we couldn’t be more happy. Triangle provides personal service - I call Viktor’s cell - and we are off. The workmen are very professional and finish very quickly. If there is a problem Triangle makes it go away, and Triangle is always moving into new area of service. You can’t go wrong.
