Staff is super friendly and helpful. Its generally pretty quiet mornings and early afternoons. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in.
Great gym. It's primarily filled with students but that's fine. They are too busy doing every bicep exercise to be in the way of the other machines. The gym has nearly every hammer strength machine you can imagine. And some nice Cybex plate stack machines as well. It's well maintained, as well as it can be. Some stuff is worn out due to the sheer volume of members using the facility. They got some pretty heavy dumbbells, and the staff who mans the desk are nice enough.
