Great facility but one employee in particular just ruins it on the weekends. If you see a balding old white guy with a beard you might as well turn around and go to dragon fitness. Rudest and most strict gym employee ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. If you are enjoying your workout and he sees you, consider yourself kicked out.
These are the operations hours for the last 3 years currently applying. They will probably change in the future when the three gyms get open. Mon-Thu 0400 to 2100 hrs Friday 0800-2100 hrs Non-Training Friday 0800-1800 Sat - Sunday 0800 to 1800 hrs Holidays closed If you have any questions the people at the front desk can help you with that. Otherwise there is a Keesler magazine display at the gyms, commissary, sablich center, hospital, etc where are all the activities to going on base for that corresponding month.
