Very nice and straightforward
This is very a very serious matter. Please be advised that Heather Scott @ Triangle Eye Institute in Morrisville threatened the safety and lives of our technicians, voice recorded by AHS. Since she works at this establishment we wanted to warn others about the immediate danger. Please be advised to ask if she's working or not. Schedule when she's not. We're taking the threat very seriously and will be looking into contacting an attorney for further action.
The worst place to go. The front office clerks think they are doctors too, and the doctors think they are gods! Staff is really rude and don't care for their patients. My kids suffered high power due to their careless doctors. Stay away
Pathetic service of Triangle Eye Institute - Morrisville. I might have been good for other, But for me it's pathetic, they never respond on when we call them.
Do not seem to care once they take your money. Went for an eye exam and glasses back in 2012, spent about $450 total ($400 on the frames alone). I also purchased a warranty on the glasses for an additional $60. About 6 months later a screw came out of the glasses at the stem, and when i called them about getting a replacement (the frames were very thin and the stems were spring loaded), i was told there was no technician there and that they would leave a note to call me in the morning.
