I love the pool and is very calm.
I’ve lived at Legacy at Hollywood for a while, and it’s been a good experience. The apartments are clean, updated, and comfortable. Maintenance usually responds pretty fast when something comes up, and the staff has been helpful. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the pool and gym are nice to have.
I'm thrilled with my experience. The management team is incredibly responsive and welcoming, and the complex is excellently maintained with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The amenities, like the modern gym and relaxing pool, are fantastic, and community events foster a great sense of connection among neighbors. I’ve lived here for a few years now and honestly it’s been such a peaceful place to live. The manager deserves a shoutout because she’s seriously one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with in any apartment. She actually listens, follows up, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering her. The whole leasing team is the same way-super friendly, they remember you, and they always try to help instead of just giving you the run-around. Living in this community has been a wonderful experience. Kellys, the manager, is simply outstanding always attentive, diligent, and very kind whenever you need assistance. Roberth, her assistant, is also friendly and efficient. The maintenance team, with Raúl Rojo and Andrés González, does an impeccable job; they always respond quickly and keep everything in perfect condition. I feel truly happy and grateful to live here you can really see the commitment and dedication of the entire staff.
