About this business
First, we believe to be a great restaurant, you need to have great food. We source as much of our food locally as possible. We use beef from cattle herds that are raised exclusively on South Carolina grass pasture. These yummy cows come from McCutchen Farms in Kingstree and Hill Creek Farms in Darlington. Also, as a service to our guests, we are a drop site for a local farm's CSA program...Hudson Family Farm in Rowesville is also one of our sources for local produce.

Love the cheese grits! Taco Tuesday is great, especially when we bring the grandkids!
Anyone that goes to this restaurant needs to know they owned Caroline’s Lowcountry Kitchen as well. They called their employees this morning and said WE ARE CLOSED AND YOU HAVE NO JOB!!!! I wondering if the owners are trying to figure out how to pay their bills or take care of their children!!! They have lost my business forever!!!!!!

Hi Jennifer, we are working with all the Caroline's employees and have offered each of them a position at one of the Triangle restaurants. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the closing of Caroline's did happen quickly but we are dedicated to helping each staff member continue working.
Me and my fiance ate here yesterday and I got food poisoning! Feel like dirt!
I love this place, but after cutting down the menu, there isn't much to choose from. I'm glad they the lowcountry egg rolls, but miss the wedge salad and the portabella burger.
We had an amazing meal there last night. The Nap is aptly named�my husband loved it. The chicken and waffles are still being talked about by my son and the Tot Poutine was delicious. Can't wait to visit Ellen again, so we can eat here again.
Great Place and Best Manager Ever! She has a great staff and and treats everyone with the utmost respect!
The service was so slow we had a new waitress who had a huge section and couldn’t keep up. Took forever to get our food and when it came it was so so
Stopped here for the first time late on a Sunday night and had delicious food and perfect service. We are definitely making this place a regular stop from now on!
