We have 2 units in our home. With 2 separate contractors before. Since we started using Triangle Backflow, Heating and Air we have saved so much time and convenience during the hot summer when out AC went out. He came out on a late Friday evening. Diagnosed the problem, which was our 2nd recommendation from our original contractor that claimed we needed a new unit. We had a strange hiccup with our HVAC on Friday morning. For the first time, the heater wouldn't go above 64 degrees. It healed itself after turning it off for a while, but with this winter storm, I didn't want to chance it, so I called Triangle Heating and Air. They were able to bring out a technician within a couple hours, who confirmed everything was running fine. He didn't try to sell us on a service plan, or charge ridiculous fees. We had Omar come out to diagnose an issue with our Heater which was not blowing warm air in one of the zones during Winter. Another local company had quoted us nearly $3K for a number of fixes.. Omar was able to diagnose and resolve everything within 30 minutes at a fraction of the cost ($400 or so). I will definitely be using Triangle Backflow Heating and Air again!
