I was referred here by my healthcare provider. They called and set up my appointment and I filled out and submitted all the intake forms and questionnaires. Called the day before my scheduled appointment to ask about insurance coverage and was told they couldn’t see me as a patient because I didn’t have Medicare and that they didn’t take “private insurances”.
