Honestly, Triad did an exceptional job on our replacement roof. Jason had been at our home helping us troubleshoot problems left by a different company on two separate occasions. The customer service at the office (we dealt with Kaelah mostly) was fantastic. She sent multiple photos to me for my insurance company without hesitation. The workers doing the job at the house were funny, respectful, and appeared to really enjoy what they do.
