Dr. Patal has very good bed side manners, he listen to you very carefully. The procedure works very well.

They keep sending me bills, I keep trying to pay them. I have tried to pay by credit card, they tell me the card is not accepted, the bank says the card is good. I try to pay on the website, it tells me my last name is wrong. I've spoken to someone on the phone and they tell me the system is faulty, but they keep sending me bills and after awhile they're gonna send the bill to collections even though it's their fault.

Liked his mannerisms. He spoke of clarity and explained the procedures so I knew what was going to happen. He listened, let me ask questions, answered them and made sure I understood.
