The office was nice but if you miss two appointments because you have an upset stomach and a fever you are automatically kicked out. The sad thing is the provider does not know a computer system keeps up with your appointments and when you missed them they send you a letter of the last missed appointment and give you a list. They only give 30 day supply of medication but it’s in the month they let you go so now you have go somewhere else or go to the urgent care to get medication that is sad a poorly operated place. This office tried to solicit our minor without parental consent during school hours. Trashy and ungraceful.
It seems to be a new, very popular practice to charge patients for no shows. I get this! If you make an appointment, keep it; if there’s an emergency or something to keep you from getting to your appointment, call the office and reschedule, so someone else can take your spot. Why is this a problem? I had an appointment this year, came out to my garage, and found a flat tire on my car. This place apparently has no compassion for people and that things happen and things may have been forgotten. Like missing two appointments. I am only human and I cannot remember everything. But if you do this they completely kick you from the practice. Lady at front was very rude and not understanding nor friendly. This is the reason for my review rating. The person that i was seeing there was kind and understanding. Other than that nope not a good place.
