We've been very happy with the PhD Nurse Practitioner and therapist at this practice. The office staff have been nothing but helpful in a difficult situation, helping to facilitate appointments, legal forms that need medical signatures, problems with insurance companies and paying for meds, etc. After unfortunately dealing with several practices, I can say from experience you will be unlikely to find a better practice in North Carolina.
If you like to get ignored then use this place, they never answer their phones whatsoever and they turn them off ???? Malpractice is their practice, do not come here whatsoever. They’re gonna bullshit getting you into their practice for medicine but lord forbid you miss a appointment good luck trying to get ahold of them for your meds.
Didnt kepp my doctor long before it changed started different meds my first visit with my new doctor so far she seems to listen and noy make me feel like i dont have an opinion
Absolutely the worst practice in the Triad. I went without my meds for a month because they called in an Rx refill for 1000 pills. Was told by Brittney (office staff) that these mistakes happen all of the time. The pharmacy flagged it. When I called crying and begging for help I got the run around for a month. Found a new provider that fixed the problem in 24 hours. Triad psych is lazy and has awful patient care. They only care about your money....not your health. Negligence at best.
Nurse Practitioner Britney Mitchell is the absolute worst. Prescribes outdated medicine (stop prescribing Propranolol for everything!), she kills relationships, and does not care for her clients' well-being or personal growth for a full life. Avoid.
