Unfortunately front desk calls are very rude and inconsiderate… they do realize we are patients struggling in life with our mental health and issues right?… only reason I’m still here is my psychiatrist is very nice and seems to actually care about me.
I was nervous having read the reviews after scheduling my appointment. Either they have made significant improvements or people are just way too harsh/picky? The staff and Drs have been great so far. No complaints, has been a great experience so far.
Horrible office staff. SUPER rude. If you’re looking for a friendly place for these types of services, try somewhere else or try Headway to find online services. Walking into the office is like walking into the gates of HELL. Everyone that practices there should find somewhere else to practice. The receptionists are slow and unfriendly, the appointments are sometimes, but I love my counselor.
I have been seeing Dr. Lisa P. for almost 12 years now and even though I’ve moved away, I still travel just to go to my appointments because good Doctors are hard to come by these days! She has always been kind, honest and upfront with me and has helped me in ways I couldn’t even begin to thank her for! I highly recommend this practice…
