We had our sons birthday party there this past Sunday and it was perfect. Very well organized and kept the kids busy with bowling, bumper cars and the arcade room. The food was on time and the party host was spot on running back and forth to get shoes and getting all the kids set up to bowl then waiting on us hand and foot - no matter what it was that we needed. It was such a great time had by all - I highly recommend it!
Yesterday @ 2pm we called to check lane availability. A gentleman said they had league coming in and needed the lanes back @ 3:30pm, but we were able to get 1 for about an hour. So my family & I drove there in about 15 mins only to be told by another employee that "We don't have any lanes until 4pm." Of course I told them about the previous conversation, but to no avail. So it was a complete waste of time due to lack of staff communication. We have had issues of rude staffing in the past as well.

They held the State bowling tournament & there was problem after problem! 1st one was they didn’t have enough help in the kitchen, 2nd the men’s Commode wouldn’t flush. 3rd our ball return broke and the belt burned up just before the tournament began, 4th the Technician that fixed the belt cut himself and left blood all on the ball return & lanes. Not the experience I would recommend for a State Tournament 😡!! Never will I return there, not even for free! Bad experience for me & my family.
