Joined a league yesterday and first time there. Very nice facility and great people!
Took four of my grandkids ... I called first, was advised of best time to bring them on a Saturday, they were right on the money as it was not crowded, had a great time ...Will diffently look for more Groupon opportunities with Triad Lanes. Raising five grandchildren requires thrifty planning to be able to take my kids to do things. Koodos to Groupon and Triad Lanes
I had a good time.. Very good service and we didn't have to wait long considering it was a Friday night
It was my first time going and had a great time. Spent the night bowling with family and friends and the atmosphere was very well balanced! Will go back soon
I cannot say enough GREAT things about the birthday party we had at Triad Lanes yesterday for our 6 year old. From the follow up at the first contact with them to having to reschedule last minute due to the snowstorm and then adding additional people day of the party. The party hostess (I think her name was Amanda but I'm horrible with names) was amazing! She went above and beyond, interacting with the kids and being there for everything we needed. We had our son's birthday party here last weekend. Everything was run great and the kids had a blast.
Update from this post....The company more than made up for everything that went wrong so I'd def recommend them to anyone having a birthday party.... I tried setting up a party for my son at this location and even though his party is today and hasn't even been celebrated there yet, I've already had several issues with them and have dealt with Bob the General Manager this entire time. I'm only still having the party because I already paid the deposit (which is one of the issues because they said they didn't even get that yet)... read more
