I see Dia D. McCaughan, DPM and she is very thorough! Always answers all my questions. I recommend her to my friends and family. Her medical assistant is also friendly and respectful!
I was impressed with this office from the minute I walked in, but the care and treatment I got from the CMA (Cindy) and Dr Dia McCaughan was top notch. I was seen for chronic ingrown toenails of the great left toe. Dr Dia made sure my toe was good and numb before she cut out my ingrowns. I never felt one ounce of pain. She was super personable and made me comfortable the entire time. If you have anything going on with your feet, Dr Dia is the one to see.
The doctor and staff there are friendly enough but offer poor care. Been waiting six weeks for an MRI to be read and haven't heard from them yet. I have left 2 messages and heard nothing. Even went by and there and no doctor. When I call the Asheboro office they don't answer thephone. They let the Greensboro office answer and you have no way to contact the local office. I am getting another Dr. I've had it with these people.
This clinic has great staff who are very welcoming, kind and bilingual! Dr. Standiford was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very happy to have chosen Cone Health Triad Foot & Ankle Center!
