Buyer beware! I had corneal crosslink surgery done with Triad. The surgery went off OK. The documentation for at home care stated one thing but when I went to the doctor for my first follow up they told me that document was wrong and I needed to continue taking one of the medications. If the documentation is wrong why give it to patients? The rest of the after care was also less then adequate. Each one of my follow up appointments was rescheduled and pushed out multiple weeks. Before thinking of going to Triad Eye Institute read the reviews at the Better Business Bureau. If you don’t have any issues, you will probably think that this place is great, but if you have any issues, they ignore you. I had written letters, left voice mails, absolutely no response.
