Buyer beware! I had corneal crosslink surgery done with Triad. The surgery went off OK. The documentation for at home care stated one thing but when I went to the doctor for my first follow up they told me that document was wrong and I needed to continue taking one of the medications. If the documentation is wrong why give it to patients? The rest of the after care was also less then adequate. Each one of my follow up appointments was rescheduled and pushed out multiple weeks. They ruined my left eye. A floater is stuck on my field of vision and they say nothing can fix it and that the surgery didn't cause it. I cannot tolerate this. PATHETIC
RecommendedDr. Kumar and his staff were fabulous! They made my visits and surgery a wonderful experience. I am so pleased with my ptosis repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone with eye care needs.

Every person I dealt with was professionally polite and knowledgeable. The appointment went very well.
I got the corneal cross-linking done by Dr. Conley. He and the staff at Triad were great!
Had apt at 2pm. Filled out paperwork. Sat down for 45 minutes and no one said a word to me. Walked out peacefully.
