Never go here !! !!!!!!Owner is rude. Made unprofessional racist comments about my hair while applying lashes. Put towels all over my hair so my curls wouldn't touch her. Smh. Also rude when wanting to make appointments. Then the glue will break off your lashes. I had my lashes examined by a REAL lash shop today and hate I ever let them touch my lashes. Stay away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!
I usually come here to have my pedicures done because they’re usually pretty good and fast at that. So, at my last pedicure, I decided to also get a full set. Within 3 days, I had one chipped nail and one broken nail. I came in on the 4th day, and waited 10 minutes before they said they have a 3 day policy and I’d have to pay for the repair. Also, the manager said everyone was commissioned and he was not responsible for their work. NEVER AGAIN! Terrible service!!!
I usually go and get my eyebrows done here and occasionally a fill in but today was my LAST time ever coming to this “establishment” full of unprofessional amateurs. Their prices were raised and not posted (which I wasn’t that upset over) but if you raise prices you should also raise the quality of your work. The “manager” or who ever he thought he was did an AWFUL job on my fill in and charged me extra for a cut down and removal of color from my last set.. (so what does a fill in consist of?) yeah idk. My husband treated me to a day just to me about 3 weeks ago. I got a full set of pink and white tips, a pedicure, and brows waxed. I went back in on Friday(3/6/15) to get a fill-in and repair of a nail that broke. The man that took care of me when I first went in was great! Awesome customer service, everything looked great! The woman that did my fill-in was HORRIBLE! She acted like she knew nothing, another lady had to assist her in the repair. My nails looked horrible once I got home!
