This doctor is great. I felt heard and taken care of. I have been to a few doctors and no one resolved the issues I was having. But this doctor was on it and got labs going to find the causes. Definitely recommend them
The new owners are fabulous! Shannon is so sweet and Hunter is very knowledgeable & caring. The office is very clean! Grateful to have a provider that genuinely cares about my family! Thank you!!!
I have been with Triad for over a year, loved Dr Balridge and staff. To be bought out and dismissed is absolutely terrible!!!! What about the people out there including me that rely on this this staff for there medical needs an detailed knowledge of their circumstances only to be told sorry your dr is gone start over.
First appointment I ever had there was canceled and they had the wrong phone number in the system I showed up to appointment. I get mistakes happen. Next day had an appointment with Angela Baldridge, I felt very uncomfortable with her, not sure if she was having a bad day but she seemed to be very cold. Took a week to get labs back,was told labs weren't back yet after I called 3 days later. Called again a week later told they came back but Angela Baldridge hasn't looked at them yet. My experience with Angel has been a true blessing. After many years of struggling and asking for help and feeling neglected by other providers, she found answers. She most definitely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend!! And, her nurse Martha is absolutely the most caring and kind, always ready to listen and help. 10 out of 10 really.
