The environment, Dr. are great. It is too expensive for the service patients receive. Billing is the biggest problem. there are some employees who are not trained how to answer customer's question with patience and reasons. When we work with a person on the phone, we have to consider their age, needs, etc. In addition, some nurses are not very polite and start lecturing people who are already in pain instead of connecting them with doctors. I am so pleased with TRIA that I need to write about it. I was having shoulder pain for a few years and Dr. Gorman took care of the pain with shots under ultrasound. They worked great, until they stopped working. She referred me to De. Braman for surgery. Surgery wasn’t anything in my bucket list but it had to be done. I couldn’t be happy with the surgery performed by Dr. Greg Hildebrand. I had a full tendon tear of my rotator cuff. He tried alternative treatments but finally recommended surgery. My stated goal was to play golf and he told me what I needed to do. I followed his instructions and had a wonderful PT at Park Nicollet. Hopefully I won’t need surgery on my other shoulder but if I do I will go back to Dr. Hildebrand-great surgeon!

Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my care from Tria. Many issues regarding my post op prescriptions that could have been easily avoided. Sadly, will attend my 6 week check up and will not ever come to this facility again. I was, however, pleased with the care I received from each of my nurses. They were excellent.
