Far from impressed with this place. When a customer needs someone to be there during their whole appointment, that needs to be clarified. Not told "Yes" when asked if just getting a ride there and back is okay. Time was taken away from the accompanied guest who was supposed to be working at that time. Also, if a patient accidentally misreads a question, they should never be told "You should really read better". -A TRIA orthopedic provider billed for services that I did not request. -I requested that the provider NOT perform anything that would require additional billing codes, without giving me the codes in advance to contact the insurance prior to those services. -They billed for the same services/exercises every visit for 5 visits in a row without my consent or knowledge -The delay in the billing system did not give me the opportunity to prevent these overcharges. -They appear to have a new billing practice to add additional ... read more
