Worst management ever. They do next to nothing. Frequently don't even answer the phone. Take months to get around into looking into problems with the place. They rented it to us with a huge mess. We had to spend a few days cleaning it ourselves so we could move in. (They explained to us that nobody was available to clean it for weeks.) If we hadn't moved from out of state (we didn't know anyone and had nowhere else to go), we would have never rented from them in the first place. Never rent from them!

This is absolutely the worst rental managment company in Lincoln. They don't respond at all to complaints about needed repairs, such as water leaks, rodent problems, broken windows or doors, etc unless they get a notice from the city. They don't tell the property owners about anything that's going on with their property, such as property damage. Absolutely the WORST place to rent from in Lincoln! They will tell you one thing and then completely deny it a day later. They will charge you for things that belonged to the previous tenants. Overall, very dissatisfied! We moved out !
