I live next door to one of Tri Win's properties and they are absolutely the worst in terms of property upkeep. The house is empty, the yard is full of trash and chest high weeds and raccoons have lived in the attic for nearly ten years now. I have had to help residents get into contact with the owners because Tri Win would not respond to their needs; one time was an electrical failure, another was no water. I have also had to complain to the city about the weeds and trash. Properties like this attract trouble.
Terrible landlords. Does anyone even work here?
