I'm sorry but don't ever rent from Tri-Win! We have been dealing with our living room flooding everytime it rains for a year and a half and I'm not joking it's been that long! We can't even use out living room right now because we had to move our furniture because our entertainment center sustained some water damage because of this issue! I live next door to one of Tri Win's properties and they are absolutely the worst in terms of property upkeep. The house is empty, the yard is full of trash and chest high weeds and raccoons have lived in the attic for nearly ten years now. I have had to help residents get into contact with the owners because Tri Win would not respond to their needs; one time was an electrical failure, another was no water. I have also had to complain to the city about the weeds and trash. Properties like this attract trouble.
I've called multiple times over the last few weeks to view a rental property, the sign is still in the yard and I have received no call back out of my five attempts. Id give them zero stars if it were an option.
Terrible landlords. Does anyone even work here?

Do not rent from this company!!! Literally the worst landlords I have ever had! They never took the gas out of my name after I moved out last year and I ma still being billed. Black Hills cannot shut the meter off because they will not respond to them either. They will not return my calls. I also almost got carbon monoxide poisoning when I moved in because they didn't update the alarm. They never fixed anything including a board that was falling off the garage and was very dangerous. They take their sweet ass time on fixing issues and the interior of their properties are completely disgusting!
