These guys do not want to work. They never ever answer the phone or get back to you, ever! I’ve been waiting for a sleep study for three weeks. I’m going to find a different provider. They should be ashamed of themselves as health practitioners.
No one answers the phones in this place. After calling several times and leaving voice mail without any response, I have asked my doctor to refer me to another provider for a sleep study.
Went here as prescribed by my ENT Doc. Took a while to get an appointment, they had to negotiate with my insurance to get is approved. Very friendly and professional staff on the night of my study. La-Gail was my attendant and she put me at ease and explained everything. Each patient has their own room, like a hotel room. It was clean and QUIET! Recommend this place highly!
