The facility was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to stay with my daughter during the overnight study. The staff was excellent in explaining the process to her. However, that was in April. It is now September. I have yet to receive results and have tried repeatedly to schedule the follow-up visit. No one answers the phone. They've billed my insurance for the test.
These guys do not want to work. They never ever answer the phone or get back to you, ever! I’ve been waiting for a sleep study for three weeks. I’m going to find a different provider. They should be ashamed of themselves as health practitioners.
No one answers the phones in this place. After calling several times and leaving voice mail without any response, I have asked my doctor to refer me to another provider for a sleep study.
