Welcome to Tri-Valley Service Federal Credit Union! Although our services are similar to a bank, our philosophy is quite different. As a member-owned, not for profit financial institution, our credit union is run strictly for the benefit of our members. We strive to provide members with higher yields on savings and lower rates on loans. Decisions are made by a Board of Directors elected by our members. Our goal is to help each member attain a strong and secure financial future. Big enough to serve. Small enough to CARE.

I've been with Tri-Valley for over 20 years and never had issues with customer service until the recent merger. Now, calls repeatedly go to an automated message, eventually leading to voicemail. I guess Allegent doesn't offer the same service which is disappointing. After numerous attempts to reach a live person, I left a message about something I needed to take care of today. Personal service has gone by the way side since the merger. No one answers the phone, on hold forever, voicemail boxes full and no one returns your call as promised.
