I only wish there was a NEGATIVE 5 star rating for this bank and this branch in particular! Worst experience I have ever had with a bank.. unorganized , not efficient, support systems also awful. If your debit card is compromised it will take 6-8 weeks to replace (I’ll let you know more precise if I ever recieve it) it’s been 6.5 weeks so far. Hours are impossible no sat not even one evening for people that work a 9-5 . Please take my advice put it under your mattress instead of this bank. I go in the branch with the account... read more
