I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about registering as a new patient, she told me she couldn’t “spend 10 minutes” doing that. I asked if she was essentially telling me to go to another office, and she just said, “Goodbye.” It felt like they were more interested in turning people away than helping.
My son has been seeing Dr. Sam since he was born, he is 17 now, Dr. Sam is very knowledgable, and fun, my son looks forward to his visits.
This is the BEST pediatrician’s office!! We have searched far and wide for the best care for our son and found it here. ALL of the nurses, front desk staff, doctors and medical professionals care so deeply about the children and it really shows. They always make time to see us for same day sick appointments, and for wellness check-ups, and they are so quick to respond via the messaging portal. Update: Jade from the office called, apologized, and made it right. She went the extra mile too and figured out that the doctors are in network for us, but only when seeing patients inside a hospital - something that the Anthem agent I was speaking with over the phone did not know. Original review: The doctors and clinic staff deserve 5 stars. Their billing and office staff get negative 5 stars. We've been getting the care for our newborn twins for close to 3 months here (gone at least a half a dozen times) only to find out ... read more
