Update: Jade from the office called, apologized, and made it right. She went the extra mile too and figured out that the doctors are in network for us, but only when seeing patients inside a hospital - something that the Anthem agent I was speaking with over the phone did not know. Original review: The doctors and clinic staff deserve 5 stars. Their billing and office staff get negative 5 stars. We've been getting the care for our newborn twins for close to 3 months here (gone at least a half a dozen times) only to find out yesterday that they are not in our network so I owe them thousands of dollars and they last minute canceled our appointment because of that. Dr. Lionel is the BEST and truly an exceptional, empathetic, attentive and caring pediatrician. He is great at making sure he answers all of parents’ questions and being thorough with his care plan. His whole staff/team is amazing and honestly one of the best pediatricians we have had, after searching for the right one.
