I will not bring my daughter back to this clinic. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe this experience needs to be addressed. Last year, our experience with this pediatric clinic was very positive. We were treated well by everyone, from the reception staff to the doctor. Unfortunately, this year's experience was completely different. Dr Divya Paneerselvam was very rude, not properly educated and wasnt able to answer properly on reason for rash; wont recommend this facility to anyone.

If you are reading this come on time. If u are running late call and let them know how soon can you come and if they can accommodate. If its too late you have to Re Schedule. I like this place. Dr.Lionel and Dr. Sam Pejham are really good. I have been visiting them for past 4 years both Plesanton and San Ramon location. They take good care of my Kids. All the nurses are very friendly, caring and helpful. You get same day appointments when your kid is sick which is great.

If you are reading this come sharp at appointment time. They are very strict about this. If u are running late call and let them know. If it is 15 min late you have to Re Schedule. I like this place. Dr.Lionel and Dr. Sam Pejham are really good. I have been visiting them for past 4 years both Plesanton and San Ramon location. They take good care of my Kids. All the nurses are very friendly, caring and helpful. You get same day appointments when your kid is sick which is great.
