Dr.Lionel and Dr. Sam Pejham are really good. I have been visiting them for past 4 years both Plesanton and San Ramon location. They take good care of my Kids. All the nurses are very friendly, caring and helpful. You get same day appointments when your kid is sick which is great.

This office has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for seven months, and the lack of communication between the billing department and the practice itself is astonishing. They operate completely separately and do not communicate with one another. At one point, my insurance company had to set up a three-way call just to explain to them how to properly bill the claim something that should have been done correctly from the start.
