Awful receptionist. – Why would anyone want to go to a doctor when they have to deal with a rude, unpleasant receptionist over the phone and in person. (Another patient of Dr. Marwaha I know referred to the receptionist as "Suzie Sweetheart"--and he didn't mean it sincerely.) Additionally, Dr. Marwaha was not responsive to my letters and telephone calls for follow-up information. Find yourself another doctor, one who cares, and one who doesn't demonstrate such poor judgment in employing such bad help at the front desk.
Bad customer Service – Wanted to set up an appointment, was put on hold many times. Rude receptionist. Found another doctor who had " better" customer service. ( even though he cost more than Dr Marwaha. ) Dr., If you want more business, keep a more efficient receptionist. Reader, don't even bother to call, unless you have time to stay on hold after the first hello.
Excellent physician – Dr Marwaha is an outstanding doctor. He listens thoroughly at appointments, doesn't rush out of the room to the next patient. He referred me to the appropriate specialist when needed. Highly recommended.
Worst doctor around – This doctor really does not know what he's doing. He's really ignorant and makes a lot of mistakes. Not someone you want to trust. If you're looking for a good physician, or any physician at all, do NOT go to him.
