We cleaned their two trucks on July 12, 2024. Denis (apparently a fleet manager) ordered the truck cleaning and they DIDN'T PAY us $300 for the cleaning.
I do not recommend doing business with Tri Union. Our experience as a vendor has been extremely disappointing. Despite completing the work as agreed upon and delivering on our end, we have not received payment. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue and follow up have been met with delays and lack of communication. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on their business ethics and reliability. If you're a contractor or vendor considering working with Tri Union, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution or look elsewhere.... read more
