Everyone was professiona, courteous and prompt.
Received rather quick review of what was wrong from the podiatrist and was told I needed an Xray in order to get pre-approved for an MRI or insurance wouldn't cover it. After calling repeatedly to ask for update and I finally heard from Shield Health that my insurance denied the claim because I wasn't going back to the podiatrist repeatedly for 6 weeks, something I was not told to do nor did I ever hear from Tri Town after calling for 4 weeks. Poor communications.
